Dear Nikken Friend,
You’ve probably heard that successful people are voracious readers. Just what do they read? Interestingly, they read the biographies of other successful people. A book connects you with greatness. “Our capacity for success and greatness is embodied by the people we surround ourselves with. If we can’t hang out with Franklin and Einstein and Tesla, why not surround ourselves with their stories?” -Lewis Howes
Stories go into our minds very easily, and they stick. Much of our thinking is done in story form. I’ve listened several times to the story of a busboy at a nice restaurant. He got to know a group of patrons who often came for lunch; they all worked together at a real estate agency; they dressed very well and had nice cars. They were always happy. And what they were doing looked a whole lot better than being a busboy!
Gathering some courage, he asked the broker how to get into the real estate business and how to succeed at it. He began hanging around these people and his life was wondrously transformed.
James Suarez’s story is one of amazing possibilities. I’m certain that if you will listen and follow the steps he outlines and continue doing the very same things he is doing, you will also become a very successful realtor. And these success principles are universal! You can take these same principles and apply them to building your Nikken business, and your success will also be a certainty! Click here to listen.
Success is like making cookies, if you follow the recipe and use all of the listed ingredients, then you will predictably be able to make good cookies. (And you can share the recipe with others and teach them to make good cookies too!)
We at Team Nikken need you more than the real estate market needs you! There are most assuredly a great many within your circle of influence who have various health challenges. They will greatly benefit IF you will grow your business! However, if you don’t share Nikken with them, then they probably will never hear about it….and continue to hurt!
If not now, when? If not you, then who?
We are happiest when we are in the process of accomplishment. Part of human nature is a yearning to do what we do in the service of something larger than ourselves. The people who are anxiously engaged in a good cause are in a position to have an awesomely wonderful life!
“I must do the most productive thing possible at every given moment!” The most productive thing in Nikken is having conversations with good people! We have an awesome opportunity coming up for sharing the Nikken advantage.
Together we shall transform health & wellness. We appreciate all you do!
