Dear Nikken Friend,
This morning I was walking in the woods with Roger Drummer….actually he called me while he also happened to be out on a walk. He had just gotten off the phone with a doctor friend who told him that without exception, the reason they always put an IV in is that invariably every person coming into a hospital is dehydrated, and that regardless of their condition, the outcome will be much better when they are properly hydrated.
Because water is so critical for life, and our Nikken Waterfall is such a wonderful expression of healthy water, Roger wanted to remind us of the importance of what we have! Call or text everyone who you know that is interested in health. Tell them you want to share an amazing lecture you just listened to about how to be healthy, by a fascinating man who is personally formulating and coaching for the rich and famous. What is the worst-case scenario that could come about if I ask someone to listen? None ; )
You are what you eat, drink, breathe, think, say and do! Where you will be in 5 years depends upon the people you associate with, the books you read, what you watch and listen to!
