Because the team is so important, recruiting and developing talent must be the main focus.

Success by the Numbers:
Here’s some of Nikken’s numbers: About 25% of Wellness Consultants have a downline. (Therefore 75% WC’s do not have downlines.)

Here is a further breakdown:
42% have a downline of one person
18% have two
17% have three
15% have 4-6
6% have 7-9
8% have 10+

80% of all WC’s are within 3 levels of an upline that has sponsored 10 or more Consultants.

Here are some business-wide sales statistics:

1. 44% of salespeople give up after one follow-up.
2. The average sales person only makes 2 attempts to reach a prospect.
3. 80% of sales require five follow-ups.

Therefore, 44% of all salespeople aren’t putting in 1/5 of the effort to be successful!

As I share these numbers, I think about the difference, this BIG difference between them. Regarding “Those who succeed and those that don’t.” Jim Rohn said there’s a distinct difference between the two categories of people: “Those that do….do! and those that don’t…don’t!”

If you try, you may get exactly what you want. If you don’t, you don’t!

People have asked me how many people I have in my organization. I often tell them that this question brings to mind a story of the businessman who was asked, how many people worked for him? He replied: “About half of them!”

Seriously of course, Nikken is a good place for everyone to participate at whatever level they choose, whether it’s to have better health, more money, more free time. Being part of Nikken is an exploration in what is possible for you. An awe-inspiring question to ask…Whose lives will be changed as a result of your efforts? When you start to develop people, something wonderful happens!

Success leaves clues. Desire is the starting point of all achievement. Every successful person has a burning desire. ‘A WHY that makes you cry!’ It is having a Massively Transformative Purpose (MTP).

An MTP gets you out of bed in the morning. It’s something you repeat in your head while you eat, shower, and before you go to sleep. Every successful person and organization has an MTP!

My own MTP isn’t much… I just want to change the whole world! Please ponder upon the many people whose lives have been transformed by using Nikken products. On an individual basis, we have ‘changed their world.’ Now If you can read an ‘exponential roadmap’ by connecting the dots… if these products work most of the time, profoundly and often instantly, it’s going to scale upwards.

My dream is that through word-of-mouth and on a grass roots level, we will grow and become a part of the national consciousness and then transform the world. If everyone knew and used Nikken technologies, I am certain that we would not have the current health crises.

Use the Trifold brochure to present Nikken and then do appropriate product demo’s. …and ABC’s and follow up!!!

If you will do this, something wonderful happens. You will get better at it! And if you do it lots of times, you will certainly gain a customer. If you can get one customer, then you can get another, and another. Same with business partners. Make this a daily activity and success becomes inevitable.
